Module Overview
This session is intended for Food Business Operators (FBOs) and their staff.ÌýIt will place European Union and Great Britian in depth but and also look at the requirements for other major markets such as the United States and Australia and implications for food export.ÌýIt will provide a whole supply chain Regulatory and Official Controls overview for FBOs.
Content will include important factors such as understanding Trade Agreements, permitted ingredients and ingredients sources, considerations around waste packaging. Also included will be important food type definitions affecting the application of sanitary and phytosanitary controls, the upcoming European Union Deforestation Regulations (EUDR) as well as practical examples and methods of classifying goods under commodity codes.
This live session will be be interactive, offering an opportunity to ask questions of the trainer and to gain knowledge and perspective from other attendees.ÌýA scripted and recorded version of the training presentation will then be developed and made available for the permanent use of, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ.
